These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our corporate website and our flagship software application, LunaQuote (referred to collectively as the "Services"). By accessing, subscribing to, or utilizing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Legal Entity Identification
The Services are owned and operated by BitByte Studios ("we", "us", or "our"), a registered business entity in the State of Georgia, United States of America. Our registered offices are located at Atlanta Tech Hub, Floor 4, Atlanta, GA 30308.
2. Account Access & Seating Limitations
To access the quoting and diagnostic software, you must create a registered account. You represent that the information provided is accurate and complete. Your access privileges are strictly gated by your selected subscription plan:
- Basic Tier Plan: Limited to a maximum of **two (2) team member seats** under a single organization billing profile, with a ceiling of 200 calculated quotes per monthly period.
- Pro Tier Plan: Limited to a maximum of **five (5) team member seats** under a single organization billing profile, with a ceiling of 500 calculated quotes per monthly period.
Seating sharing, username pooling, or credential distribution outside your designated organization is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate subscription termination without refund.

LunaQuote utilizes cloud-based multi-modal machine learning vision networks to examine uploaded contractor photographs, approximate trade materials, categorize repairs, and compute labor pricing rates based on your custom multiplier rules.
ALL AI DIAGNOSTICS, PARTS LISTINGS, INVOICE WATERMARKS, AND COST TOTALS GENERATED BY THE SERVICE ARE PROBABILISTIC ESTIMATES AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL BINDING CONTRACTS.
You agree and acknowledge that your field technicians are strictly required to manually inspect, verify, adjust, and approve every line item and total amount before delivering the proposal to a client. BitByte Studios assumes zero liability for mathematical inaccuracies, diagnostic visual failures, wrong part identifications, local code violations, or contract losses resulting from your reliance on the software.
3. Billing, Recurring Fees, & Subscriptions
Subscribing to our Services establishes recurring billing agreements processed securely via our merchant service partner, secure payment gateway. Subscription packages are offered on a month-to-month or year-to-year contract:
- Monthly Billings: Credit card or payment credentials will be billed automatically on the recurring calendar date matching your initial purchase date.
- Annual Billings: Credit card or payment credentials will be billed automatically once per calendar year on the date matching your initial purchase date (eligible for a 20% discount on monthly equivalents).
Billing modifications, payment credentials updates, subscription cancellations, and payment history can be managed instantly inside your secure Account Customer Portal. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of your current active billing period.
4. Client Payment Processing (our secure payment gateway)
Pro Tier subscribers may connect their secure payment gateway business accounts to enable card-present or ACH billing direct routing from proposals sent to clients. By connecting via our secure payment gateway, you agree to abide by the **our payment gateway services agreement** and secure payment gateway's regulatory standards. We act solely as a technology facilitator and assume no custody, compliance, fraud, chargeback, or transaction dispute liabilities regarding the payments collected from your respective clients.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All technologies, designs, codebases, HSL stylesheets, graphics, logic codes, SVG frameworks, and database structures relating to BitByte Studios and LunaQuote are protected by USA and international trademark, copyright, and patent laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platforms under your active subscription plan. You are strictly forbidden from copying, reverse-engineering, scraping, or duplicating our visual designs and software architectures.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, your subscription transactions, and any legal disputes arising out of the use of our platforms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Georgia, United States of America**, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, to resolve any legal claims.
